What should I do if Luba dose not connect to the WiFi connection?
Luba only supports the 2.4GHz WiFi connection. Please check if the connection is in 2.4GHz or if it provides both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz connections.
You may control Luba to move to near the router for firmware-updating purposes. Such an issue may also happen if Luba is too far from the Router or there are too many obstacles.
You may also try with the Hot-spot from your phone. Please follow the steps below if Luba can not connect to both the WiFi connection and the Hot-spot.
1. Power off Luba.
2. Unplug the Key on the rear part of Luba.
3. Plug the Key back into the slot.
4. Power on Luba
