How do I change the email address for my account?

We are unable to directly change the account email address within the Mammotion App.

To change the email address, you can register a new Mammotion account within the App, and then pair the device again with this new account.

Remember to unbind the devices from your old account before changing the account; otherwise, the device cannot be paired with the new account.

Follow the steps below to complete the account change:

Step 1: Unbind Devices
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Enter Device management.
  1. Tap on the Device.
  1. Tap "Unbind" to release the device.

Step 2: Log out and Sign up
  1. Choose the "Me" tab and enter the User Center.
  1. Log out.

  1. Sign up for a new account using a new email address
  2. Log in to the new account and add your device.
